			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Danima se spremam da vam napišem recept za carta da musica ili  pane carasau, jedan jednostavan snack, grickalicu, kako hoćete, sa Sardinije. Došlo je vreme sedenja i ćaskanja na terasama sa prijateljima do kasno u noć kad nismo uvek raspoloženi za neke obilate večere. Jednostavno smo za čašicu razgovora i vina sa prijateljima, a ovaj snack je ukusan i pasuje uz celokupnu atmosferu.</p>
<p><strong>Priprema</strong></p>
<p>Potrebno je:</p>
<p>dve šolje za b. kafu brašna</p>
<p>so, voda, kvasac</p>
<p>maslinovo ulje</p>
<p>ruzmarin</p>
<p>krupna morska so</p>
<p>i dosta volje i živaca, za početak. Sva sreća da se carta da musica kupuje gotova, ali u Novom Sadu je još nisam videla.</p>
<p>Dakle umesimo testo od ovih sastojaka, klasično kao za hleb. Ostavimo da raste. Kad ga istresete na dasku za mešenje, premesite, oblikujte valjak i napravite male režnjeve, jufkice, i ostavite da malo narastu. Jednu uzmite, razvaljajte oklagijom što tanje. Carta da musica se uglavnom na Sardiniji pravi sa prečnikom od 30-35 cm. Ja sam meni prilagodila prečnik prema starom plehu za picu koji sam okrenula naopačke u rerni, jer nemam kamen za pečenje pice. Stavite testo na pleh i pecite u jako ugrejanoj rerni, ali ne skroz. Kad počnu da se prave mehurovi na testu, i sa jedne i druge strane kad se testo okrene, izvadite ga na dasku, pripremite nož i prerežite cartu na dva dela, kao kad prepolovite piškotu za tortu. Svaku polovinu pritisnite s nečim da se ne &#8220;kovrdža&#8221;. Vratite u rernu jedan po jedan &#8220;list&#8221; dok ne bude skroz pečen i skroz krispi, rskav. Tako morate na  žalost do kraja! He, he, he&#8230; Ali, spasenje je tu!!! Kad napečete ovog testa stavite ga u papirnu kesu i možete ga upotrebljavati mesecima, ništa mu se neće desiti.</p>
<p>Carta da musica s ruzmarinom</p>
<p>Slomite ili isecite grubo list po list testa. Potopite cartu-testo na kratko u vrelu vodu, 5 sec. Izvadite i premažite je četkicom sa maslinovim uljem, pospite krupnom morskom solju i ruzmarinom i prepržite na maslinovom ulju u tiganju. Kad je sasvim reš, a ne izgorela, pospite obilnije ruzmarinom. Grickajte uz crveno vino! Prijatno!</p>
<p>Pane carasau su pravili sebi kao osnovu za mnoga jela sardinijski pastiri kad se sa stadima otisnu na nekoliko meseci u planine na Sardiniji.</p>

<p>Ruzmarin je naravno moj, iz bašte. Zašto carta da musica? Zbog zvuka koji proizvodi kad se jede! Zašto na način Makarone šmek? Zato što ja pravim malo deblje &#8220;listove&#8221;, da se osete pod zubima, da se ima i šta žvaknuti, inače bismo mogli ispeći malo deblje kore za pitu, ali to nije to.</p>

Dakle POTREBNI su sastojci:
280 g brašna
100 g brašna
8 jaja
100 g šećera
6 supenih kašika šećera
1 vanilin šećer
200 g margarina ili putera
kajsije (zrelije)

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Dok smo u sezoni kajsija, ne bi trebalo &#8220;preskočiti&#8221; ovaj recept za ovaj izvanredan kolač, koji se dosta jednostavno pravi.</p>
<p>Dakle POTREBNI su sastojci:</p>
<p>280 g brašna</p>
<p>100 g brašna</p>
<p>8 jaja</p>
<p>100 g šećera</p>
<p>6 supenih kašika šećera</p>
<p>1 vanilin šećer</p>
<p>200 g margarina ili putera</p>
<p>kajsije (zrelije)</p>
<p>Puter, 2 žumanceta, 100 g šećera, 280 g brašna, vanilin šećer dobro izmešati i &#8220;istrljati&#8221; da se dobije mrvičasto testo. Usuti ga u namazanu tepsiju i utapkati ravnanjem. Staviti da se peče u zagrejanu rernu. Kad je testo napola pečeno, nakon 10-ak minuta, izvaditi ga iz rerne i zaliti sa sledećim prelivom:</p>
<p>6 žumanaca umutiti sa 6 kašika šećera i 100 g brašna, te dodati šne od osam belanaca (2+6). Ovlaš promešati i preliti preko polupečenog testa, i odmah ređati polutke kajsija jednu do druge, što gušće, sa okruglim delom na gore. Staviti da se ispeče do kraja, i paziti da se ne prepeče. Ovaj preliv unutra mora biti mek i sočan, a dovoljno pečen. Seći na kocke! Kolač sa zrelijim kajsijama ima mnogo bolji ukus. Prijatno!</p>

<p>Pomešati u posudi brašno, šećer,mak, margarin, mleko, 2 žumanca, prašak za pecivo, i na kraju penu od dva belanca. Paziti da belanca &#8220;ne padnu&#8221; prilikom mešanja smese, zato ovlaš samo prevrćite smesu nekom varjačom. Staviti u kolač seckane orahe i posuti višnjama, u tepsiji. Dobro zagrejati rernu, smanjiti na 220 step. i peći oko pola sata. Posuti prah šećerom kada se kolač ohladi.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Za ovomesečne igrice odlučila sam da pravim štrudlu sa rogačem, a šta bih drugo odavde iz Novog Sada, nego da vam pošaljem mirise starih dana i detinjstva, kada se ova štrudla često pravila. Današnje mlade domaćice, teško da su i videle rogač, jer se u novije vreme ova namirnica neopravdano zanemaruje.</p>
<p>Dakle umesiti klasično dizano, kiselo testo za štrudlu!</p>
<p>Potrebno je:</p>
<p>400g brašna</p>
<p>1 kvasac</p>
<p>limunova korica</p>
<p>2 jaja</p>
<p>prstohvat soli</p>
<p>malo ulja za testo</p>
<p>malo šećera, koji stavite u kvasac da pospešite fermentaciju</p>
<p>2dl mleka</p>
<p>Zamesite testo, i ostavite ga da se odmori i nadođe jedno 30 min. Izručite ga na dasku za mešenje, podelite na dve jufke. Razvucite jufku na pola santimetra debljine, zauljite površinu testa, ja sam premazala margarinom, i filujte mlevenim  rogačem.</p>
<p>Fil:</p>
<p>300g mlevenog rogača(koji je već sladak, pazite)</p>
<p>dodajte šećera po želji</p>
<p>razredite sve mlekom da možete premazati testo</p>
<p>Zamotajte štrudlu, ponovite i sa drugom jufkom isto, stavite u tepsiju, pa u dobro zagrejanu rernu, i pecite na 220 stepeni oko pola sata. Izvadite ispečenu štrudlu, pa kad se ohladi, pospite sitnim šećerom. Ide odlično uz sveže ceđen sok od narandže i limuna. Prijatno!</p>

<p>800g brašna</p>
<p>3 jaja</p>
<p>100g suvog grožđa</p>
<p>2-3 kašike ruma</p>
<p>5 jogurta</p>
<p>2 ribane jabuke ( na onu stranu za bundevu)</p>
<p>3 praška za pecivo</p>
<p>1 pomorandža sok+korica</p>
<p>1 limun, samo korica narendana</p>
<p>prstohvat soli</p>
<p>ulje za prženje</p>
<p>kristal šećer za posipanje</p>
<p>Potopite suvo grožđe u rum da malo nabubri. Umutite jaja, so, jogurte, sok i korice od narandže i limuna, jabuke, te grožđe i rum. Brašno dodavajte postepeno, kad ste sve drugo umutili. Na kraju dodajte prašak za pecivo, pa ostavite da odstoji 10-ak min. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Stari oprobani recept po kome brzo možete napraviti princes krofne, uostalom, brzo kao i krempitu. I ukusi su slični. Za testo je potrebno:</p>
<p><strong>Testo</strong></p>
<p>6 jaja</p>
<p>150 g margarina</p>
<p>150g brašna</p>
<p>250 ml vode</p>
<p>Stavite šerpu sa vodom i margarinom da prokuva, i da se u njoj otopi margarin. Sipajte brašno u šerpu, koju ste sklonili s ringle, i energično mešajte varjačom da se testo pretvori u jednu okruglu jufku. Izmutite žumanca i belanca, sjedinite ih i sipajte jaja u testo i polako mešajte. Kašičicom na pleh stavljajte male krofnice koje će dosta narasti, te ostavljajte prostora između njih. Pecite na 220 step. 10 min. pa smanjite na 200step. još 15-ak min. Neka se krofne ohlade.</p>
<p><strong>Fil</strong></p>
<p>Izmešajte 6 jaja sa 12 kašika šećera i dva pudinga od vanile. Odvojite od 1l mleka oko 1 dcl, razredite ovu smesu s njim, a preostalo mleko skuvajte. Polako sipajte smesu s jajima u mleko i mešajte da se zgusne. Kad se i fil ohladi, presecite krofne reckavim nožem na pola, filujte i poklopite drugom polovinom. Princes krofne možete posuti sitnim šećerom zamirisanim vanilom, ili topljenom čokoladom.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Ako vam je u ovo proleće ostao još koji paketić višanja u zamrzivaču, za promenu napravite ovaj jednostavan, a veoma ukusan kolač, koji se brže pravi nego što se peče. Ovo posebno pišem zbog mladih domaćica, čak i mladića, koji žive sami, jer je toliko jednostavno napraviti ovaj kolač, da je otvaranje bilo kog pakovanja industrijskih keksića i napolitanki, jednostavno bez veze.</p>
<p><strong>Potrebno je:</strong></p>
<p>višnje</p>
<p>1 šolja brašna</p>
<p>1 šolja šećera</p>
<p>200 g putera ili margarina</p>
<p>1 dcl mleka</p>
<p>1 prašak za pecivo</p>
<p>2 jaja</p>
<p>1 vanilin šećer</p>
<p>šećer u prahu za posipanje</p>

Puter i margarin isecite na kockice, ne smeta ako je smrznut, otopiće se u rerni. Izlijte smesu u pleh, pobacajte višnje po testu (možete ih posuti sa malo skroba i šećera, da se pokupi suvišan sok, te da jako ne &#8220;propadnu&#8221; na dno ), i pecite na 220 stepeni oko 20-ak minuta. Kad se kolač ohladi pospite ga sa prah šećerom i služite sa šlagom u koji ste dodali malo višanja. Na ovo testo možete staviti bilo koje sezonsko voće&#8230;maline, jagode, kajsije, trešnje, kupine&#8230;prijatno!</p>

<p><strong>Topla salata</strong></p>
<p>U posudu stavite maslinovo ulje i na kolutove isečen plavi patlidžan, tikvice i papriku baburu. Propržite sve da odmekne. Protisnite pred kraj jedan čen belog luka, i još malo izmešajte i poklopite da para prođe kroz beli luk da nema jak i rezak miris. Posolite i pobiberite ! Sada dodajte i isečenu pečenu ljutu papričicu, kojoj možete odstraniti semena i žilice da ne bi bilo jako ljuto. Možete posuti sa seckanim bosiljkom. Izručite u posudu i salatu &#8220;mažite&#8221; na bruskete, uz rashlađeno belo vino. &#8220;Salata&#8221; je dobra i kad se ohladi.</p>
